Campus Circles Coordinator

• Ministry Team: Circles (Adult Ministry)
• Reports to: Director of Adult Ministry
  Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week
• Length of Commitment: 1 year (can renew each year)

Purpose

A Campus Circles Coordinator works to provide everyone the opportunity to pursue authentic community and spiritual growth through a vibrant collection of Circle groups and experiences at their GPC Campus.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective leaders and leadership teams.
• Identify, recruit, train, and coach leaders and leadership teams at your campus to cultivate vibrant small group environments.
• Offer support or resources to potential Circle leaders and coaches.
• Encourage Circle leaders and coaches and follow up with potential Circle participants.
• Direct our collective Adult Ministry and Circles vision, strategy, and systems.
• Collaborate with the Director of Adult Ministry, other coordinators, and your GPC campus leadership to accomplish and evaluate our strategy, goals, priorities, and mission.
• Implement and communicate a clear and simple strategy for joining or starting a Circle.
• Ensure awareness of Circle opportunities events.
• Champion Circles at your campus from the stage, your social media, and possibly through video as needs or opportunities arise.
• Disciple congregants and leaders under their care.
• Care for and disciple attenders, especially those who participate and lead within Circles ministry at their campus. This can be done personally by the coordinator or by training a team of coaches to ensure the health and development of a growing Circle leadership pipeline at the respective campus.
• Participate in huddles, trainings, or other opportunities provided by the church to be better equipped as a leader and coordinator.

• Eagerly supportive of Grand Point including its mission, values, leaders, and vision for the future.
• Enthusiastic about equipping people for success; recruiting, coaching, and equipping leaders; implementing simple and effective systems; and communicating with a variety of audiences about the stories and vision for our ministry.
