Delivery Driver (Hamilton Heights Backpack Program)

Purpose
Grand Point Church is partnered with Hamilton Heights Elementary School to provide resources for students in need within this school. The Backpack Program supplies weekend, non-perishable meals for Hamilton Heights Elementary School students who need assistance with meals. Each week, a bag containing breakfast and lunch items for the weekend are packaged and delivered to the school to be sent home with designated students.

Responsibilities
On Friday of each week, this role would load/pickup the prepared bags from Grand Point Church and deliver them to Hamilton Heights Elementary School. Occasionally, due to school closures, they may need to be picked up and delivered on a different day of the week. The goal is to have a team of 2 – 4 individuals who rotate.

Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
