Door Greeter – Greencastle

• Ministry Team: Connections Team – Hospitality
• Reports to: Connections Team Coordinator
• Time Commitment: Ideally at least two services a month
  • Sundays: 8:15AM-10:30AM;  10:30AM-12:30PM
• Length of Commitment: 1 year

Purpose
To create an atmosphere where every person who walks through the doors of Grand Point Church feels seen, known, loved, and valued.

Responsibilities

• Remain stationed at entrance doors.
• Open doors for those entering and leaving.
• Welcome everyone as then enter and look for ways to assist others during the morning.
• Help to create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment by speaking with those who enter, and sharing a smile, handshake, or an appropriate hug.

Qualifications

• You must like people!
