Guest Services Host – Chambersburg
Guest Services is the connection hub of the church. It is where guests are officially welcomed, where next steps become clear, and where relationships begin to be followed up. This role has the purpose to be a helpful, friendly, and approachable resource for every person who needs direction, assistance, or information.
We believe every person who walks through the doors of Grand Point Church should feel seen, known, loved, and valued. The Guest Services area plays a key role in this experience by helping people find their next step and feel at home from the very first interaction

Culture of hospitality
We believe hospitality is not just friendliness; it is making it easy for people to feel at home and take their next step. Every interaction is an opportunity to reflect the heart of Jesus through kindness, clarity, and care.
- We are “takers, not waiters”—we don’t just point people in a direction, we walk with them whenever possible.
- “Is there anything I can help you with this morning?”
- “How long have you been attending GPC?”
- “It’s great to see you back—how was your week?”
- What is hospitality?
