Serve Team Coordinator – Shippensburg

• Reports to: Executive Director of Advancement
• Time Commitment: 5-10 hours a month
• Length of Commitment: 1 year

Purpose

To serve our volunteers and make them feel seen, known, loved, and valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the campus leader for all serve team appreciation efforts.
• Serve, love, and appreciate our coordinators, leaders, and volunteers through small tokens of appreciation and special events held throughout the year.
• Work with the director and other campus leaders to see appreciation efforts through to completion.

Qualifications

• You must love God and like people!
• Must have the ability to plan, organize, and execute events and gather people to join your team.
• Must be willing to participate in planning meetings, as needed.

Onboarding

• You will meet with the director for training to gain a strong overview of the role and resources available to you for reference.
