Worship Team Meal Coordinator – Chambersburg

• Reports to: Director of Worship Arts
• Time Commitment: 1 hour per month
• Length of Commitment: 6 – 12 months

Purpose

To coordinate meals for the worship and tech teams serving on Saturday evenings at the Chambersburg Campus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact volunteers who are willing to serve meals on a rotating basis or when suitable.
• Schedule and assign dates for meals.
• Communicate with Director of Worship Arts and meal volunteers on any changes or updates.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and able to preplan.

Resources

• Plan for 12 – 15 people.
• Paper products and water are provided by GPC.
• The meal should be set up and ready for the Worship Team by 5:00 p.m. You do not need to stay to serve.
• Any dishes will be cleaned and ready for pick up by Sunday morning.
